About this project

ECC is an agent harness performance optimization system for Claude Code, bundling skills, instincts, memory, security, and a research-first development workflow. It is installed through a guided terminal setup and distributed via the official GitHub repository, the ecc-universal and ecc-agentshield npm packages, a GitHub App, and a Claude Code plugin. The project is written primarily in JavaScript and TypeScript, with Shell, Python, and Rust components, and its documentation is available in more than a dozen languages.
