About this project

OpenClaw is an AI assistant that runs on your own devices and meets you in the messaging channels you already use, working across operating systems and platforms. It connects models, tools, chat channels, and optional companion apps through a single Gateway, with an architecture built around a trusted gateway, untrusted execution, and deterministic policy. The same setup serves as a personal assistant on one laptop or as a shared deployment for a team whose members trust each other, with configuration being the only difference. Written primarily in TypeScript, with Swift and Kotlin components.
